  • July 5, 2017, the State will be closing Rte 169 – Woodstock Rd. just south of Treasures & Trade to repair or replace a bridge. The road will be closed for over a month. They will still be open - call for an alternate route at 860-315-7150 if you have any questions or want more specifics!

19th Annual Celebrating Agriculture

Several of our business association members are active at Woodstock’s annual event “CELEBRATING AGRICULTURE.” From their Facebook Page: Join us for the 19th annual Celebrating Agriculture event on Saturday, Sept. 21, from 9am to 3pm at the Woodstock Fairgrounds. Learn about agriculture in The Last Green Valley. This is a fun, family-friendly event - free parking & free admission! There will be agricultural exhibits, local food vendors, a dairy farm tour, and a kids scavenger hunt.

Hearty farm breakfast will be served by the Ekonk Community Grange from 9-11 a.m. ($6/adult, $3/children under 10 years)

*Please note - no dogs allowed except for service dogs*

This year, 2019 Connecticut Tour des Farms charity bicycle ride will also begin and end at the Woodstock Fairgrounds the same day. Tour des Farms is designed to raise awareness and funding to implement Connecticut Resource Conservation and Development's agricultural and conservation projects.
